A new house sited to take full advantage of the stunning views over some of Sydney’s beautiful southern surf beaches. Recycling of the sandstone footings from the original house and used on the external façade and internal entry walls has helped to define this project.Recycled timber and polished concrete floors, off form concrete bench tops and marble and mosaic tiling in conjunction with exquisite timber joinery have combined to make this a truly wonderful residence.
